1. Introduction

NotAGame (notagame.fyi) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: email address (if provided), display name, avatar, and a password hash if you register with a password. If you sign in with Google, Discord or Telegram we receive your identifier and basic profile from that provider; for Discord we use your Discord ID to manage your role on our server.
• License data: the keys issued to your account, their plan and expiry, and the hardware identifier of the PC where a key was activated.
• Technical data: IP address and request logs used for rate limiting and abuse protection.
• Messages: what you send through the contact form or the support chat.

3. How We Use Information

To operate your account, deliver and validate license keys, grant and remove Discord access, respond to inquiries, protect the Site from abuse and keep the service working. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a cookie for your language preference. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

Sign-in providers (Google, Discord, Telegram), Discord itself, FunPay (payments) and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on forms) process data under their own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

Account and license data is kept while your account exists. Request logs are kept only as long as needed for abuse protection.

7. Your Rights

You can edit your profile on the account page. To have your account and data deleted, email us; we process requests within 30 days.
