Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing NotAGame (notagame.fyi), creating an account or buying a license key you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

NotAGame sells license keys for a desktop tool for the game Aion 2 and provides a user account, software downloads and a members-only Discord community. This Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSoft Co., Ltd.; Aion 2 and its game elements belong to NCSoft.

3. License

A key gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the software on one PC for the period of the purchased plan (7, 30, 90, 180, 360 days or lifetime). The period starts when the key is first activated in the launcher. Prohibited activities include:

• Sharing, reselling or publishing license keys or the download link.
• Reverse engineering, redistributing or unauthorized access to the Site and its infrastructure.
• Using the Site for unlawful purposes.
• Keys that are shared or abused may be revoked without refund.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment is made on FunPay and orders are processed manually: after paying, contact the seller in the FunPay chat to receive your key. Digital goods are not refundable once a key has been activated, except where required by law or where the software does not work as described and we cannot fix it.

5. Discord Access

Membership of the private Discord server is tied to an active license. When the license expires or is revoked, the member role is removed automatically; renewing the license restores it. Server rules apply and violations may result in removal.

6. Intellectual Property

The software, the Site and their original content are © NotAGame. Reproduction or redistribution requires written consent.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and the software are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The software interacts with a third-party game: online games may prohibit automation and may take action against accounts. You use the software at your own risk; we are not responsible for penalties, bans or data loss on your game account.

8. Limitation of Liability

We assume no responsibility for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of the Site or the software.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of the revisions.
